Tetras are beautiful, peaceful fish that will school together and will fit in well in any community aquarium. In order to allow your tetras to thrive, it is best to have your tank well-planted with medium levels of light. Tetras originate from streams in Africa and South America. Schools of different species of Tetras enable you to create beautiful displays of fish within your tank. The fish will eat a variety of foods, mainly small foods such as Brine Shrimp, Daphnia and Tubifex, along with small particles of flaked food.
