Fantastic service. my black moor and african dwarf frog arrived the day after i ordered. Excelent packaging. Beautiful, healthy fish and frog. Will definately be buying future fish from here and NEVER using local pet shop. Thank you so much.

Just received my 7 Kuhli Loaches and they are now floating in the bag getting a acclimatised.This could be the longest hour or so of my life! ;) They look to be very active in the bag, always a good sign. Excellent packaging from Graham (my first order) Thank you Sir :)

one of the good ones. i personally would never buy fish on the internet as i like to hand pick mine whenever i can. i would definatley chose this shop as one of my faves good prices and second to none service.

i placed my first order afew weeks ago, 1 male high fin lyretail sword, 1 opaline gourami and 6 male Endler's. All beautiful fish although sadly 3 of my wee Endler guys did'nt last the journey. Contacted Graham and a replacement of the 3 little guys were sent which i received next morning. They were all healthy, and i still have all the rest of the fish from my first order. Am in the process of setting up another tank, and will definatly be filling the tank with fish from direct tropicals.
